Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers through exceptional customer service.

Implement various marketing strategies to promote the builder and its offerings, including networking and open houses.
Aid clients in securing financing, and liaising with mortgage brokers or lenders as needed.
Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with the construction team to provide timely updates to buyers and address any concerns.
Deliver outstanding post-sale support to guarantee customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of operation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
Willingness to work weekends and evenings to accommodate client schedules.
