Overview:
Are you ready to lead and inspire a dedicated team in providing end-of-life care? Strong Force Staffing is seeking a Clinical Director in Hospice to oversee clinical operations, ensuring compassionate care delivery that aligns with regulatory standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
What You Bring:
A minimum of 1 year in a directorial role in hospice or 2+ years as a case manager with supervisory duties.
A passion for providing empathetic and dignified care.
A distinct understanding of the inner workings of in-home hospice, its regulations, and the nuances of building a successful team, with a commitment to continuous education in these areas.
