The Company:
Our client is a well-established British manufacturing company
Main duties:
To develop relationship with new clients and partners in order to implement sales growth in a defined territory (South East Germany, ideally around Munich) and work closely with the DACH Region Sales Manager.
The Role:
- To identify new business opportunities and convert prospects and leads into sales
- To create and implement regular client and dealer visit
- To do weekly KPI reports to the DACH Region Sales Manager
- To travel and visit clients for field sales purposes (Germany – Munich area)
- To develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
- To work on sales targets, individually and as part of the team
- To attend quarterly meetings in the UK HQ
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and German (written & spoken) is essential
- Degree educated and has some experiences or Internship in Sales
- Target-driven sales attitude who is looking for an excellent opportunity to grow
- B2B sales experiences or field sales background is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of successful sales (ideally developing new markets) is beneficial
- Experience in cold calling & dealing with client directly (presentations, product knowledge) is a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level (Networking) is required
- Flexible as 70-80% travelling will be required
- Must be driving licence & passport holder

The Salary: OTE €55,000 in the 1st year
Basic is up to €48,000 p.a. + Uncapped commission (€6-7,000 in the 1st year)
