HR Business Partner (Generalist)

£35,000 per annum

We are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner role for our client based in Hereford.

We are looking for a bright, HR Generalist to support the delivery of operational and strategic objectives across the business.

Please note, this role does offer flexible working however you will be required to attend meetings at various sites in Herefordshire and therefore will hold a Full Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the HR team and Managers across the business with Operational and Strategic objectives
Provide Generalist advice and support on a full range of HR matters including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
Support with Employee Relations queries, dealing with complex cases as necessary
Providing advice and guidance on employment law, HR policies and procedures

The successful candidate will ideally have:

A CIPD Level 3 Qualification
Experience in a Business Partnering role
Experience working in a Generalist capacity
Strong Employee Relations experience and Employment Law knowledge
