CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Location: multiple locations (North, Central, and South of England)
Salary: £19.25-24.04/hr (equivalent to £(phone number removed)/annum)
Type of role: Contract (Temporary to Permanent)
About Company & Role
Our client is a prominent railway infrastructure company, dedicated to innovation and excellence in rail solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Change Management Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and facilitate change initiatives within our organization, focusing on integrating lean thinking principles into our processes and optimizing our supply chain management. The Change Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful implementation of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Planning and Strategy:
• Develop comprehensive change management plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify change requirements and assess potential impacts.
• Utilize lean thinking principles to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organization.

Change Implementation and Execution:
• Lead change initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.
• Monitor progress, identify barriers, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful implementation.

Training and Development:
• Develop and deliver training programs to build awareness and understanding of change management principles and practices.
• Provide coaching and support to employees at all levels to facilitate adoption of new processes and behaviours.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Develop communication strategies to effectively communicate change initiatives and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster collaboration.

Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in change management, lean thinking, and supply chain management.

Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or experience related to field.
• Proven experience in change management, lean thinking, and supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
