Remote French Customer Support Agent - Portugal

Our client is looking for French Customer Service agent to support their client and to work from anywhere in Portugal 

Responsibilities:

• To Provide Friendly and efficient service to the customers while being the first point of contact
• You will be responsible to resolve customer issues and questions via emails and inbound calls including urgent situations.
• Identify and escalate issues appropriately
• You will need to multitask numerous tasks during the day
• Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources Work proactively and independently to reach targets and goals

Requirements:

• Proficient in French (C2)
• Advanced level of English (C1)
• Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
• Able to pick up new technology quickly
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Package
• For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
