Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging written, visual, and video content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos to showcase properties and create compelling content.

• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.

• Cultivate a strong online community and enhance brand loyalty through interactions.

• Office-based role with the support of a dedicated marketing department to align with company needs.

Requirements:

• Proven prior experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in social media tools and analytics.

• Strong eye for design, photography, and video creation/editing skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.
