About the offer:
Customer care support position. It is a fixed-term employment contract of 12 months that can be renewed. As a member of Customer Care Support you will be responsible to deliver an amazing customer care experience regarding products and service related to the final client.

Essential Criteria:
• Native Level of German spoken and written
• Good level of English (B2)
• Demonstrate ability to handle and resolve complaints according to client policies;
• Working with Others - Ability to portray professionalism and work well in a team environment.
• Minimum 12th grade of educational background;
