The Assistant Building Surveyor's role

Joining as the Assistant Building Surveyor, you'll contribute to a variety of compelling projects within the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors throughout London and the South.

Duties will include -

Dilapidations
Party wall matters
Constract administration
Defect diagnosis The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying (RICS accredited ideally)
1-2 years consultancy experience would be benficial
Dedicated to APC progression
A confident communicator - Both written and verbal
Ambitious, self motivated and excellent time managementIn Return?

£30,000 - £36,000
