Registered Manager

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years registered with CQC as a Registered Care Manager, with a minimum Good CQC rating, and comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs in Residential and Supportive Living settings.
- Three years minimum in a managerial supervisory role, overseeing a small team.
- Experience managing multiple sites, You will be managing a 7-bed Residential facility and a 9-bed Supportive Living unit both with parking and approximately 15 minutes apart.
- Possession of a relevant Health or Social Care Managerial Qualification, with strong literacy, numeracy, report writing, administrative, and organizational skills.
Skills, Knowledge, and Attitude:
- Self-motivated and dynamic, capable of proactive problem-solving without direct supervision.
- Aiming to attain a minimum "Good" rating from CQC, with expertise in Health and Safety, local authority recruitment legislation, regulations, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensuring dynamic support plans for residents, focusing on their involvement and safety.
- Proficiency in Social Care and Accommodation services.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, effectively managing day-to-day operations and resources.
- Recruitment, leadership, and motivation of staff to uphold high practice standards.
- Ability to relate to and support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
- Experience in budget and financial management, including addressing vacancies.
- Capable of self-auditing services in alignment with legislation and policies.
- Establishing quality working relationships with families and professionals.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure positively.
- Satisfactory health and attendance record.
- Calm, confident demeanor, flexible approach, and a sense of humor.
- Possession of a full driving license.
