Think FE is thrilled to be working with College in Cambridgeshire, in their search for an accomplished and innovative PR, Content and Communications Executive.
This pivotal role will bridge the gap between potential students and the exciting world of further education, while also enhancing employer engagement at the college.

About

In this role, your key task will be to partner with the Head of Marketing to cultivate a communications strategy that encompasses public relations, corporate communications, social media, key events, and content marketing.
You will be a key player in supporting the implementation of the college's marketing strategy and aiding in the broader marketing team’s initiatives.
As the PR, Content and Communications Executive, you'll play a key role in raising the college's profile, not just locally, but also on a national and international scale. You'll actively discover and promote the achievements of different departments within the college and compile an intriguing collection of case studies from students, alumni, and employers.
Your talent for creating captivating content will be put to good use as you craft press releases, steer the college's social media channels, and nurture positive media relations. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating PR and Communication campaigns, fielding press inquiries, and managing crisis communications if the need arises.

What would the perfect applicant look like?

Hold a degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or other related subjects.
Have a strong background in PR.
Expert written communication.
Existing media industry connections.
