Intracat is an established and successful commercial catering equipment design and supply business with a key client list including some of the best-known restaurant names on the High Street.
We have an opening within the team at our offices in Sawston Cambridge, for a Customer Service Administrator.

The role is centred around providing a full after-sales customer service, including …
* Acting as one of the initial points of contact with clients when placing service calls, both via telephone and email.
* Arranging and managing engineer attendance for after-sales service visits.
* Processing call data associated with engineer visits, providing quotations where necessary, placing related supplier orders, raising sales invoices and health & safety related information where applicable.
* Maintaining client records and engineering databases.

* The ability to process incoming enquiries in a timely manner.
* Good communication skills allied to a clear and logical mind-set.
* A pro-active, customer orientated and focused approach with a “can do” attitude.
* A good team player but someone also comfortable and good at working under their own initiative.
* A reasonable level of competence with standard IT software packages such as MS Word and Excel.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team responsible for the efficient and cost-effective running of the field service operation.
Experience in a similar role would be helpful however applications will be considered from those entering the job market for the first time or at an early stage of their career who demonstrate the required basic skill set and attitude, as full training will be provided.
Salary will be in the range £18,000 to £23,000 pa dependent on experience
