Assistant Partnerships Manager

Right now, due to our growth plans we are looking to hire an Assistant Partnerships Manager (Delivery), to assist our growing Construction teams, providing excellent day-to-day project support, based out of our offices in Coxheath, Kent.
About The Role…
As our Assistant Partnerships Manager (Delivery), As our Assistant Partnerships Manager, you will be an integral part of the team assisting the Production department with day-to-day project support, providing a timely, accurate and efficient service.
You’ll be the main point of contact, conducting all necessary liaison between Support services and our sub-contractors and supply chain partners to secure essential information, to achieve business CML’s including Building Control pack, Warranty packs, and O&M Manuals.
You’ll be there to support our project team on complying with their client & contract obligations, managing key trackers, handover notices. Your excellent IT and organisational skills will be key for when you produce, maintain and issue key reporting data, such as board reports.

You will have previous experience in a similar role, either within a Partnerships Developer or HA. Excellent IT skills with a variety of IT software, including Microsoft Office, and a good command of Excel is a must! Alongside, good organisational and communication skills.
