Finance Business Partner - Development

Our Client
A 10,000 unit housing provider based just north of London. 

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the finance business partner will be responsible for the provision of technical accounting support to internal customers, ensuring that high performance standards are met across all accounting and financial reporting related aspects of the Development function. 

The Successful Candidate
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
Prior experience in finance business partnering within social housing. 
Strong excel skills. Comfortable working with large amounts of data. 
Excellent communication and influencing skills. 
Comfortable working constructively with an array of executive level stakeholders.  What's on offer?
Day rate in the £400's, with one day in the office
