Groundworker

Job Title: Groundworker with 360 Ticket

Location: Norfolk

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of groundworks including drainage, foundations, footings, and general site preparation.
Operate 360 excavators to assist with digging, grading, and moving earth and materials.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on the 360 excavator to ensure it is in safe working order.
Assist with manual labour tasks as required on the job site.

Qualifications:

Required:

Valid 360 excavator operator ticket (CPCS or NPORS certification preferred).
Proven experience working as a groundworker in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of groundworks techniques and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Preferred:

Additional certifications in construction or heavy machinery operation.
First aid certification.
Experience with a variety of groundworks tasks.
