A fantastic opportunity for an Infrastructure Manager to join a growing and highly successful business on the outskirts of Ipswich.
 
This is a broad role where you will have the opportunity to take technical ownership of the Infrastructure landscape, alongside managing Infrastructure projects and a small team.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

Demonstrating excellent technical knowledge within IT Infrastructure – Servers, Networks, Hardware  
Provide leadership, technical support and guidance to the Service Desk team
Direct involvement in incidents or problems (irrespective of priority) that cause service impact and act as escalation point
Ensures that systems, processes and methodologies are maintained, followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
A track record of owning and delivering Infrastructure projects 
Preferred technical experience.

Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019 and 2022)
O365 administration
Azure and Azure
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Administration.
SQL Server Administration and troubleshooting.
Windows 10 / 11 administration and troubleshooting, along with Windows 10 to 11 migrations. 
On offer is a great salary, plus very good benefits. The role is offered with some hybrid working (2/3 days on site).
