Experienced Painters & Decorators required to carry out painting maintenance and repair work for Newcastle based council.
My client are looking for a skilled and dedicated painters to join their dynamic team. As a painter, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of painting repair in void and tenanted properties.

Responsibilities:
To perform various painting & decorating maintenance and repairs installations in tenanted and void properties. This will include carrying out tasks such as dot & dob, skimming, bonding, rendering and other plastering related tasks.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
The Job:
Start date: ASAP
Location: Covering Newcastle Region
Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday (Overtime available)
Duration: Temporary position running up to end of summer 2024
Pay rate: £15 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)
Requirements:
City & Guilds or NVQ in painting
3 years minimum painting experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Own tools & transport
