Job Title: Architectural Visualiser

Location: Chorley

Salary: Up to £35,000 p/annum (Dependent upon Experience)

There is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and talented Architectural Visualiser / 3D Artist to join one of the UK’s leading Architectural Design Offices in their beautiful studio near Chorley This would be joining a well-established team and supporting the Visualisation lead working on some of the latest projects around the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity to unleash your creativity and create photorealistic images of various Architectural projects within a vibrant and social team. Package:

Up to £35,000 p/annum (Dependent upon Experience)

Duties:

Collaborate with the visualisation team on various projects.
Produce visuals using Lumion, Enscape, Revit, and SketchUp, utilizing models from Revit and SketchUp.
Work alongside architects and practice managers.
Engage in tasks across diverse creative mediums, including hand illustration and BIM model integration.
Produce presentational materials and imagery.
Utilize graphic design skills to enhance visual outputs, where applicable. 

Requirements:

Degree Qualified in 3D Design, Visualisation, Architecture, Product Design or similar field
Proficiency in Lumion, Enscape, Revit, and SketchUp.
Proven portfolio of previous work
Passion for creativity with a proven track record in producing quality visuals.
Ability to work collaboratively within the team
Excellent communication ability
