Architectural Visualiser job joining a new AJ100, as a practice their specialism is healthcare with projects across the UK. They are currently working on Projects of up to £1bn in value. For this role, they're offering up to £30,000, 3 days working from home, and a healthcare scheme

The practice has an ever-growing portfolio of healthcare projects and a team of just under 100 people including designers, architects, and technicians. They are currently looking for an architectural visualiser to work closely with the team lead to produce high-quality imagery for the practice.

Role & Responsibilities

Work collaboratively within a team
Producing renders in Lumion and Enscape
Working closely with and reporting to the visualisation team lead
Work alongside Architects and practice managers
Your day-to-day could vary from hand illustration to integration of Revit models, collaboratively working within the BIM structure
Production of presentation materials and imagery.Required Skills & Experience

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year in practice experience, however they consider part 1 applications
You must have experience using rendering software such as Lumion and Enscape
It is desirable for you to previously used Revit but this is not essential
You must be able to live and work within the UK
You must hold a relevant BSc in Architecture
You will need a car and a valid drivers licence due to office location.What you get back

£25,000 - £30,000
