Paying between £11.44 and £12.50 per hour, this company is recruiting a Finance Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. You will support the Finance team and do a full transactional Finance role. The role is full-time and offers some flexibility but the role will be based in the offices which are based in Speke, Liverpool. You would be required to be in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday but can WFH on the other days - this is business critical and cannot be changed. It is a 35 hour working week.  This will only suit candidates who are able to start immediately or at short notice.

The Role

The job's main purpose will be to support all aspects of the Finance function.

Key accountabilities:

Dealing with invoices
Monitor the two inboxes for each team
Opening and dealing with post for both the Rent Customer Payments team and the Accounts Payable team
Scan the post to the relevant emails for two teams as above
Check overpayment invoices for the Rent team and access reports for the required detail
Index notifications
Working on Excel spreadsheets
Posting corresponding invoices to the ledgers
General finance administrative duties

The Person

This will suit someone looking for an ongoing temporary position who is happy to attend an office three days a week but with the flexibility of working from home on a Tuesday and a Thursday.  Previous experience in Finance and invoice processing is ideal, ideally along with knowledge of Microsoft office. Excellent communication skills are required along with an analytical and methodical approach. Being able to work autonomously is also essential. This role is to start as soon as possible so the client will only consider candidates who are available immediately or on short notice. You must also be commutable to Speke, Liverpool
