To help with our expansion, we are looking an experienced Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant to fast track our growth.

Main Responsibilities:

* This is a 360 billing role where you will be responsible for winning new business and servicing those accounts

* As we expand we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants who we can build around so if you are looking for future leadership development we can support this

* Identifying opportunities to win business via research, sales calls, attending conferences, marketing and networking events

* Meeting new and current clients via face to face and remote meetings

* Having a real focus on customer satisfaction

* Making sales calls to prospective and previous clients to sell Hunter Philips as a business partner

* Negotiating terms of business

* Producing detailed proposals to prospective clients to win business

* Writing job adverts and social media content to attract top talent

* Headhunting for contractors with specific skills

* Arranging interviews and making job offers to successful contractors

* Building and maintaining long and successful relationship with both clients and candidates
