Business Development Manager | Leicestershire | Construction | £60,000 - £80,000 + 10% Bonus
Gleeson Recruitment are partnering with a leading UK building and infrastructure company looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join their East Midlands operation. You'll identify and secure new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires experience of tendering via public sector frameworks specifically in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analyse trends.
Develop and implement business development strategies.
Generate leads through various channels.
Maintain and report on Salesforce CRM data.
Manage customer feedback and relationships.
Promote and tell the story of the brand.
Identify opportunities through current and potential framework memberships.Requirements:
Strong network in the construction industry.
Proven experience in business development within the construction sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Benefits:
