Position: Business Development Manager
Location: London and Surrounding Areas
Business Development Manager Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our thriving Commercial Team. This role is exclusively focused on generating new business opportunities across London and the surrounding regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of Waste Management equipment, including Wheelie Bins, Compactors, Balers, Skips, and various containers. Additionally, you will provide innovative recycling solutions to meet the unique needs of potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the designated operational catchment area.
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
* Compile and present comprehensive quotations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
* Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and act as a confident closer.
Key Requirements:
* Proven track record in winning new business, preferably in Waste Management, Facilities Management, or related industries.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently.
* Well-presented with a positive attitude.
* Previous experience in sales within the waste management or related sectors is highly desirable.
Package:
* Basic Salary: Up to £40,000
* Executive Package (Company Car/Allowance, Phone, Laptop, Fuel Card)
* Uncapped and Achievable Commission Structure OTE - £65K +
