They pride themselves on innovative content and an engaging digital presence. 
As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team.
Position Overview:
They are looking for a visionary COO with a robust background in media platforms and new media, including social media and podcasts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving 100% growth and possess excellent commercial strategy experience. You will play a crucial role in scaling our operations, leading a talented team, and implementing effective strategies to achieve our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Drive commercial strategies that result in significant revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ professionals as well as guidance to department heads and functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.
Collaborate with the MD and other executives to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Track market trends, industry developments, and the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for growth and innovationRequirements:

Proven experience in a senior operational role within media platforms, new media, social media, or podcasts.
Demonstrated success in driving 100% growth in a similar capacity
Strong commercial strategy skills with a focus on revenue generation and market expansion.
Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 15 or more.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record in the media industry, particularly in social media and podcasting.
Demonstrated experience in senior management positions within the media industry, particularly in B2B publishing.Benefits:
