Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our passionate and driven team based at West: Plymouth, Exeter, Penzance, Torquay, Truro 

Key Responsibilities:

Have the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance on the various contract concerning cleaning.
Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
Respond to any reasonable request of the company or clients.
Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.
Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints. 

About You:

Able to prioritise effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Highly organised and detail conscious.
Ability to demonstrate strong personal integrity and maintain confidentiality.
Strong leadership style with a focus on supporting and developing employees and colleagues.
Taking responsibility for the area and proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet customer or business needs.
Ability to travel from site to site as required to meet the needs of the business.
Flexible to undertake cleaning activities to support their team.
