Customer Service Officer

One of my local authority clients are looking fo an experiecned Customer Service officer who has previous experience ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

MUST have previous call centre experience,

Key duties will be to deliver first class customer service by providing information, advice guidance and support to Denbighshire residents as part of the delivery of a new council service - using the most appropriate system/method to meet their needs.
