Job Requirements of this Maths Teacher job in Cradley Heath

Demonstrated enthusiasm for positively impacting students with special educational needs.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic school environment.
Proficiency in teaching mathematics at Key Stage 3 level.
Capacity to manage diverse learning needs, particularly in Years 7, 8, and 9.

Qualifications or Certificates:

While qualified teacher status is not mandatory, experience in school settings and teaching mathematics is essential.

Experience:

Prior experience working in educational settings, preferably with students requiring additional support.
Familiarity with managing challenging behaviours and creating inclusive learning environments.

Brief Overview of the Role:

Age Group: Primarily focused on students in Years 7, 8, and 9.
Length of Bookings: Long-term commitment desired. This is a temp-to-perm vacancy

Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging mathematics lessons tailored to the needs of Key Stage 3 students with diverse learning requirements. Supporting academic progress and behaviour management in collaboration with school staff. Integration into the forward-thinking ASDAN-style program, fostering a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment.
