Description

Site based in Goole you will be the the go to person for all aspects of HR
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Assess and monitor employee performance and development goals.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with the HR team to understand and execute the organisation's human resource strategy.
Communicate effectively with the HR team and management to ensure alignment with the company goals.
Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Profile

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
In-depth understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR systems and databases.Job Offer
