£60,000 - £70,000 per annum (Negotiable DOE) + Up to 20% Performance bonus + benefits

Job Overview

Florin Healthcare have been assigned to work with an award winning care provider to find a new Home Manager for one of their elderly care services. The home is a large sized elderly care that provides nursing and dementia care to elderly residents.

As the Home Manager for the service, responsible for maintaining high levels of care for the residents and creating an outstanding environment. You will be supported by an experienced Deputy Manager alongside a brilliant regional team and will have lots of autonomy in the service. As part of the role, you will also be tasked with developing staff within their careers and opening up a new unit within the home.

Salary

£65k to £70k per annum depending on experience plus bonus up to 20%.

Candidate requirements

* To be successful in this position, you must currently be a Home Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.

* Be able the market the home to the local community to help improve occupancy levels.

* You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.

* As the potential Manager it is also vital that you have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business

* Must be a Registered nurse with a valid Pin

This role is based in Bradford and commutable from Leeds, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wakefield, Keighley, Pudsey and Bingley
