Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on company structures, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.
- Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, including due diligence and transactional support.
- Providing legal advice on intellectual property rights, data protection, and other commercial law matters.
- Conducting legal research and staying abreast of developments in corporate and commercial law.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A qualified solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of company law, contract law, and other relevant legal principles.
