What a Sales Consultant role involves:

Information gathering on the phone to be able to match the customers' needs with the best client
Building strong rapport through quality conversations
Converting queries into appointments
In-depth recording of information onto the CRM system, providing reasonable and tailored results for each customerWhat skills and experience you need to be a Sales Consultant:

Sales experience: Proven success in a B2C call centre would be beneficial.
Technical knowledge: Competent with systems and software.
Customer First Approach: Attentiveness, patience, empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
Excellent telephone manner: A combination of clear communication, active listening, and working toward finding a solution or providing relevant information efficiently.
