Job Summary:
My client is seeking a skilled and experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions by analysing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process optimization, and RPA technologies.
This is a key role in shaping the future of the whole business.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis:
* Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and pain points.
* Document current-state and future-state processes, including detailed process flows, business rules, and system dependencies.
RPA Solution Design:
* Collaborate with RPA developers and solution architects to design efficient and scalable automation solutions.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications for RPA developers.
* Identify and evaluate RPA tools and technologies that best fit the organization's needs.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
* Elicit, prioritise, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Ensure that requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
* Maintain traceability between business requirements and RPA solution design.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and demos to gather feedback and foster collaboration.
Location: York twice a week
