HR Specialist

Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and strategic-minded individual to take on the role of HR Specialist focusing on Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition & Internal Communications to join our team and help us attract top-tier talent while nurturing our employer brand and enhancing internal communications.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
Support local recruiting strategy, tactics, funnels, and procedures in line with corporate requirements.
Provide analytical and well-documented reports to (HR) Management upon request.
Promote the company’s reputation as the "best place to work" & "employer of choice" in local community and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Build networks to find qualified candidates for the blue-collar population.
Research and recommend new sources for recruiting both active and passive candidates.
Keep updated records of all information reports for internal and external audits.
Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote a positive company culture.
Create and maintain employee communication materials, including newsletters, intranet content, and company-wide announcements.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Hoosier at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding, talent acquisition, and internal communications.
Interact with all relevant internal interfaces and stakeholders on the Continental corporate side (country, sector, BA etc).
Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be required to support local Hoosier/community events.
Occasional onsite presence at the Lakeville, IN Hoosier HQ location will be required. Primary location will be Plymouth, IN.
Internal salary grade to be determined based on number of relevant years of experience.
