Due to continued growth, a large architecture and engineering practice is hiring for anArchitecture Principal job, with their expanding team in Tampa, FL. The position is open to someone operating at Principal or Senior Project Manager level, with significant experience within the aviation sector. Offering a salary of up to $245,000 plus benefits. Relocation support can also be considered within the USA.

The holder of this position will be involved in the oversight and delivery of multiple projects across the region, coordinating the team efforts to ensure efficient and effective execution. The projects are highly recognized and often award-winning, offering transformative solutions for clients and end users in a developing location in the USA.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversight of several projects and mega projects
* Project planning and strategies
* Coordination of staff, schedules, and technical aspects
* Manage client relations, acting as the main point of contact
* Mentoring and oversight of junior project managers
* Quality control and management
* Management and estimation of project fees, scope of works, and proposals; with a focus on technical aspects
* Employee relations alongside HR department.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Registered Architect is essential; NCARB and LEED AP are also desirable
* Proved experience managing projects in the aviation sector
* 15+ years of industry experience in aviation or transport
* Strong project planning and team management experience
* Ability to travel
* D&B experience and PMP are desirable.
