Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Position Overview:
STS Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data centre electrical systems and have a proven track record in supervising electrical teams. This role requires a professional with strong leadership abilities, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage and motivate a team while ensuring safety and compliance on all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement work schedules for electrical operatives.
* Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the team to meet project deadlines.
* Inspect and assess the quality of work performed by the electrical team.
* Read and interpret electrical design schematics and drawings to ensure correct installation.
* Ensure all electrical work is completed on schedule and in compliance with local and state codes.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
* Tool Box talks
* Consult and coordinate with other trades and workers on-site to ensure smooth project progression.
* Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring their progress aligns with project timelines.
* Daily reporting on activities, tracking progress based on the project schedule.
Requirements:
* EU passport holder (mandatory).
* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor (3+ years), preferably in data centre projects.
* Strong leadership and managerial skills.
* In-depth knowledge of data centre electrical systems and state electrical/safety codes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality standards
