Want to be a part of our team?As our Consulting Services continue to expand, we are currently looking for a Network Technical Architect.
As a Technical Architect, your responsibility will be to serve as recognised subject matter expert and thought leader with deep expertise in Network infrastructure.
You will leverage that expertise to perform consulting engagements, support presales activities (where appropriate), act as a trusted advisor to our clients and ensure technical end-to-end coherence in the project delivery phase.Working at NTTYou will operate in both small and complex environments, combining your expertise of network infrastructure elements together with your appetite of the new market trends and following our company strategy (Managed Services). Network concepts include with no limitation, the expertise in Wi-Fi, Switch/Routing (campus/DC), (SD)WAN, in an on-premises solution, in any public cloud or combination of them.
In this capacity we will need you to deliver on the following:
  • You will be expected to conduct consultative engagements with clients to assess their current network needs (business and technical) and elaborate recommendation to achieve their target state.
  • You will drive those engagements across the complete client journey including the delivery phase where you will ensure the technical end-to-end coherence of the proposed solution.
  • You will develop standardized consultative engagement templates in response to reoccurring client needs. As owner of such you will be expected to maintain such engagement templates as well as developing sales enablement collateral ( , case studies or short descriptions), and raise internal awareness of such engagements.
  • We will rely on you to build and develop business cases based on such assessments and present and explain the value of proposed infrastructure to clients in a consultative manner.
  • You will design solution architecture and multi-phased migration programs that address technology, people and/or organisation and process change. You will do this in collaboration with our multiple centres of excellence.
  • We will need you to maintain broad based technical and solutions knowledge in key IT infrastructure optimisation and solution areas.
  • We will rely on you to research and investigate emerging infrastructure technologies and the best practices associated with them ( , related to deployment, integration and operation).
  • You will be required to drive profound understanding of solutions, best practices and consulting methodologies with clients and colleagues.
  • You may be called upon to mentor or coach other NTT people.
What will make you a good fit for the role?
  • Minimum Bachelor in ICT (Master strongly preferred).
  • At least 10 years' experience in infrastructure architecture or related business. An experience in a managed services company is considered as a strong plus (Global Delivery Center, ITIL).
  • Strong and proven experience in designing, deploying, and supporting large network deployments.
  • Maintain a helicopter view on the whole infrastructure, from networking aspect to cloud computing and serverless functions among others.
  • Conceptual knowledge of network technologies like OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, software-defined networking, VPN, VLAN, VRF,
  • Familiar with concepts ZTNA, SASE, SSE
  • Knowledge of vendors network technologies like Cisco, Aruba, ALE across Campus, DC LAN and WAN.
  • Good understanding of the public cloud landscape (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Interest in automation and infra as a code
  • Strong operational foundation and consulting experience.
  • Able to structure and adapt your message to the audience profile (CIO, IT director, engineers)
  • Good business acumen allowing identification of business opportunities and our clients' business needs, and delivery of consultative engagements in line with these.
  • Strong knowledge of industry technologies and willingness to further maintain and broaden
