Cover Supervisors Required!

We are working with some fantastic Secondary Schools across South Holland in Lincolnshire, commutable from Spalding, Holbeach, Long Sutton, Wisbech, Gedney, Lutton and beyond! We are looking to build a reliable and inspirational Team of Cover Supervisors to support these schools!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Manage behavior and ensure adherence to school policies.
Support students with their learning and provide assistance when necessary.
Promote independent learning and encourage student engagement.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Provide feedback to the regular teacher regarding student progress and behavior.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education-related degree is an advantage).
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas.
