Position Summary
The Center Manager for each GOLFTEC Center has multiple responsibilities and is both a fulltime golf coach and team leader.  As a Center Manager, you will manage the Center’s daily, monthly and annual operations. Responsibilities will include driving a culture within the center focused on customer service, training Certified Personal Coaches, reviewing the performance of the Coaches, and ensuring the entire team is delivering great golf lessons and club fittings.  The Center Manager will conduct individual lessons, and club fittings while also managing the duty roster to ensure efficient and successful Center operations.  The Center Manager will report monthly on performance in multiple categories and will also have an active role in conducting monthly inventory counts.  The Center Manager in each GOLFTEC Center is a true leader and must have experience in coaching golf.

Complete Lesson Reviews with all Coaches
Coach individual lessons and club fittings while serving as a leader that other Coaches aspire to
Train and Onboard Certified Personal Coaches resulting in GOLFTEC University readiness and successful completion for all new Coaches 
Oversee performance of Coaches including conducting performance appraisals and annual reviews
Ensure Customer Service at the highest level and attend to client concerns as necessary
Establish and manage the Center hours of operation and schedule book ensuring compliance with all mandatory breaks and GOLFTEC policy on lesson scheduling
Report monthly on performance versus goals and develop new goals with each coach for the following month
Audit and approve timecards for all employees in the Center including requests for paid time off
Split monthly commissions and conduct individual commission split meetings with all Coaches
Attend monthly Manager Calls and conduct Monthly Staff Meetings
Ensure completion of the daily opening and closing checklist
Mobility is an essential function of this career. Center Managers generally need physical capabilities to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for sometimes extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds

Compensation
GOLFTEC Coaches work together as a team. GOLFTEC Coaches are paid a competitive base rate along with commissions, bonus opportunities, and other performance-based components. Base compensation is in the form of an hourly rate plus overtime, and is based on location, and experience. Monthly commissions, bonus opportunities, and other performance-based compensation components are based on the Center’s performance as well as individual performance.
