Senior Enterprise Architect - REMOTE

Pay Rate is $100/hr. W2 plus travel expenses in case a candidate needs to travel.
Job Overview: Delivery Architect is the technical authority for all customer engagements and responsible for end-to-end solution design and its execution, leveraging deep expertise in data center technologies and knowledge of Dell's portfolio of products. The Delivery Architect will engage in very large and complex deal pursuits that are highly strategic for Dell in collaboration with Sales and Enterprise Architects and will co-own the SOW authorship responsibility with Services Solution Principals to not only ensure it meets customer's required outcomes but also to ensure that it aligns with Dell Tech Services delivery capabilities. She/He will share the account relationship with the delivery Program Manager from delivery governance and execution standpoint.
Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for SOW authorship along with Services Solutions Principals, overall architecture, operating model, and alignment of the technology to business objectives of the customer
Proactively communicate and build strong credibility with the customer to become a trusted advisor and "go-to technical counsel while collaborating with delivery PM, sales and broader delivery team
Understand customer business requirements and define future state roadmap, design end-to-end solution and provide technical oversight through delivery execution
Align broader delivery team with customer expectations/outcomes and provide iterative technical thought leadership on execution to ensure customer outcomes are achieved as defined in SOW
Conduct and engage in design reviews internally and with customer stakeholders and present LOE and SOW and final deliverables to customer c-suite executives
Provide escalations POC guidance on triaging critical issues and decisions
Co-lead Steering Committee/delivery governance with delivery Program Manager
Engage in post-delivery meetings with Customer to discuss future-state solutions and proactively communicate future sales opportunities with Sales
Desired Skills:
10+ years of experience as a Cloud/IT architect, Technology Consultant or as a CTO for global organization leading Digital or IT transformations, service management or service-oriented orgs.
Strong C-suite presence with excellent business acumen, oral and written communication skills
Strong expertise in Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud strategy, design and execution is required with sound understanding of Virtualization, XaaS, DevOps, Cloud native technologies.
Experience or familiarity in large scale automation (e.g. vRealize, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Razor, Hamlin) and concepts of continuous integration and delivery.
Considerable experience in developing IT roadmaps, maturity assessments and Cloud solutions.
Experience in pre-sales or Sales is a plus but not required
A min. of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required, business background a plus
