We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients through expert consultation and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement Copilot for real-time, scalable solutions.
Deliver well-tested features across platforms.
Uphold design and implementation best practices for reliable, secure systems.
Collaborate with teammates to execute key deliverables.
Innovate for customer use cases and service health.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of growth.
Thrive in a culture of continuous improvement, adaptation, reflection, and growth.
Requirements
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of cloud service engineering experience.
Experience working in a consulting firm with a Microsoft Partner.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to other teams.
Experience with Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
Proficiency in .NET technologies or Python and cloud platforms.
 
Preferred:
3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent.
Strong data structure and algorithm skills.
Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and REST.
Experience with Azure technologies and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in Natural Language Processing and agile development.

Salary: $100K to $140K DOE plus significant bonus potential
