Our client, located in central Aberdeen, is a growing business with ambitious objectives. We are currently seeking a dedicated HSEQ Coordinator to join their team and play a crucial role in their continued success.
The Position:
This position primarily involves overseeing the reporting, risk management, and assurance requirements for the HSE function. The role will collaborate closely with the Fleet HSE and Operations department to foster a culture of safety and efficiency. It is based in our Aberdeen office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing HSEQ system administration and maintaining essential HSEQ processes, including the audit and inspection program.
* Conducting analysis of HSE performance and aiding in the development of related reports and communications.
* Working with HSE Superintendents and Discipline Engineers to uphold the HSE Audit program.
* Coordinating data collection to support the Management Review process and HSE KPIs.
* Ensuring follow-up and resolution of actions stemming from audits and incident investigations.
* Monitoring compliance with relevant national and international HSSE standards and legislation.
* Regularly following up on open HSEQ cases and actions.
* Supporting the development of procedures within the HSE management system for the FPSO and operational office(s) in the country.
* Coordinating compliance efforts for environmental permits and consents.
* Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving and implementing a proactive Safety Culture.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
* Formal qualifications in health and safety management are advantageous.
* Relevant experience can substitute formal qualifications.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HSE role with front-end workers.
* Previous experience in the offshore industry is beneficial.
* Demonstrated background and knowledge of international Quality and HSE standards.

Additional Details:
* Willingness to travel to offshore locations and in-country base offices.
* Ability to obtain OGUK or equivalent medical clearance and BOSIET certification.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Salary: £35,000-£40,000.
Flexible working hours.
Annual Leave: 33 days (including public holidays).
Pension: 7% employer contribution and 2% employee contribution (salary exchange).
