Job description
As an IT Project Lead, you'll spearhead strategic projects involving both business and IT aspects, regardless of your level of experience. Here's what you'll be doing

• Leading various project teams and engaging stakeholders to meet our objectives.
• Identifying risks, managing contingency plans, and ensuring smooth progress.
• Collaborating closely with other teams within the banking industry.
• Supporting Scrum masters in various tasks to optimize team efficiency.
• Coaching team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your qualifications

• Proven experience in project management.
• 2-5years of working experience as a Project Manager.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with IT technicalities and mobile development is a plus.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a commitment to quality.
• Leadership qualities and a positive, proactive attitude.

Your skills

• Experience with Mobile Development experience
• Familiar with Agile working environment, especially SAFe methodology
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
