Head Bartender

I am looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head Bartender for an exciting new opening restaurant in Fulham.
The successful Head Bartender will work alongside the General Manager and the owners to make sure that everything is set up for the opening at the beginning of June.
The restaurant is casual dining, serving Italian dishes with a touch of Arabic flavours.
We are looking for a Head Bartender who is a team player, hardworking, and has experience managing a team of 3-4 Bartenders.
Excellent knowledge of cocktails is essential and experience with stock take and ordering is an advantage.
The new Head Bartender will have:
* Experience in high-end, busy restaurants or cocktail bars and the ability to work at top-quality standard
* Excellent leadership and customer service skills
* Good working ethic and integrity
* Full responsibility for running the service when on duty
* Not afraid to get his hands dirty when needed and leads by example
In exchange, we offer the new Head Bartender:
* Up to £42000 yearly salary
