French Speaking Customer Service in beautiful Lisbon
Our Client in Lisbon is looking for Customer Service Advisors with very good French (C1) to join a project about make-up and perfume.
What will you do:
- Answer to customer queries and requests, in a simple way keeping your smile, ensuring their satisfaction through a unique customer experience
- Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, managing claims and requests
- Helping with shipment location, refunds, account access
Who you are:
- Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2)
- Good computer skills
- Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
- Very good communication skills
- Good listening and empathy skills
- Good time management skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
