Role Requirements
To machine components to technical drawings and specifications
Duties and Responsibilities
● Set-up and operate CNC Lathes
● Manufacture components from engineering drawings, whilst
working within company Quality procedures.
● Self-inspection of your own work
● Preventative and General maintenance checks
● Ensure all HSE legislations are adhered to at all times
Competencies
Read and understand engineering drawings
● Ability to set and operate CNC lathes
● Ability to edit and prove out CNC Programs
● Ability to use a range of measuring equipment (micrometers,
verniers etc)
● Sound knowledge of geometrical tolerances
● Good attention to detail
Job Requirements Qualifications
● Minimum 5 years' experience operating CNC Machines
● Must have an Engineering Apprenticeship or similar
● Prototrak prograamming experience is advantageous
