An e-commerce retailer based in Derbyshire are seeking positive, enthusiastic, performance-driven individuals to join the newly formed eCommerce Trading team. This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to grow in a dynamic and rapidly expanding company.

The eCommerce Trading Team will be responsible for generating sales across various channels, including Amazon, Wayfair, Mano Mano, and eBay, as well as the company's website. This role is fast-paced and challenging, offering a unique chance to impact their sales growth significantly.

As the eCommerce Manager, you will manage the eCommerce team and collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Purchasing teams to ensure websites and marketplaces are performing at their full sales potential. You will also support the customer service and warehousing teams to ensure the entire eCommerce business operates harmoniously for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

🌟Managing and maintaining listings within online marketplaces.
🌟Developing and managing online marketing campaigns.
🌟Building and maintaining strong business relationships with Amazon and eBay account managers.
🌟Optimizing product listings based on audience insights and relevant keywords.
🌟Regularly reviewing competitors within individual channels and identifying trends.
🌟Identifying sales opportunities and ways to increase sales.
🌟Defining and executing an innovative marketplace strategy to build revenues and profits.
🌟Using channel analysis and insights to improve marketplace performance and drive sales.
🌟Ensuring all marketplace metrics and regulations are adhered to.
🌟Managing and optimizing Amazon PPC and eBay sponsored product campaigns.
🌟Creating high-converting listings for new products and optimizing existing ones.
🌟Sourcing and implementing new software to improve business processes.
🌟Identifying and launching new sales channels.
🌟Producing channel performance reports and recommending actions based on data.
🌟Daily management of the eCommerce team, leading by example in merchandising, implementing onsite campaigns, and managing feature developments.
🌟Analyzing the onsite customer journey to identify trends and implement fixes to improve conversions and user experience.

Qualifications for the role include:

🌟Minimum of 2 years experience working with eBay and Amazon in a professional environment.
🌟A passion for driving sales through the Marketplace and Trading.
🌟A proven record of achieving sales metrics, budget, and conversion improvements.
🌟Forward-thinking with the ability to embrace and drive change.
🌟Data analysis experience and knowledge.
🌟Proven experience in driving traffic and growing online sales.
🌟Excellent understanding of website development, design, usability, SEO, and reporting.
🌟Strong market awareness and analytical skills.
🌟Strong commercial acumen.
🌟Accountability with a desire to make an impact and take ownership in the role.
🌟A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to approach projects from the brand's perspective while maintaining core values and design.
