Location: East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Northampton

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £140 - £220 Per day

Qualifications: PGCE, QTS, QTLS

Job Duties:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students
Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback
Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
Participate in school events and meetings as required

Required Qualifications:

PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
QTLS (Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills)

Experience:

Have previous experience working as a Teacher or within a Secondary School setting
Previous experience teaching Maths at secondary school level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and respond to changes in educational practices or policies
Understanding of educational technology and its integration into classroom instruction

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Maths
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to differentiate teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Passion for supporting student learning and development
Have good understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
