Clubhouse Assistant, Edwalton Golf Centre
Background
Lex Leisure is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that has been established to build upon the legacy of two successful paralympic games in London and Rio, the Invictus Games and other sporting events that have helped to inspire persons with physical, mental or health related inequalities to be physically active. Aiming to deliver high quality services to our customers, the Company also prides itself on its exemplary health and safety record and commitment to staff.
Primary objectives for the Clubhouse Assistant will be:
Day to day management of Edwalton Golf Centre; taking responsibility for all aspects of the department in line with company standards and policies, including Health & Safety, Staff, Legal Compliance, Service Delivery and Sales & Marketing.The Clubhouse Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:
Understand the Company Quality Manual and Safe Operating Procedures
Ensure all areas of the golf operation are presented and running efficiently
Undertake daily walk-around checks and report any faults
Management of buggy and trolley hire fleet, ensuring all equipment is maintained, presentable and any faults recorded
Ensure all financial controls and policies are adhered to, including till operation, end of day reports and float management
To ensure smooth running of all F&B procedures within the clubhouse, including completion of Food safety sheet and Daily task check sheet.
Complete end of day cleaning so the building is presentable when opening the following day.
