Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Construction Estimator based in Bedfordshire for a local business.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: Bedfordshire
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
The role…
As the Construction Estimator your role will involve the following important duties:
Carry out take-offs, bills of quantities and cost plans for a range of clients.
Complete tenders.
Complete and manage project take-offs to SMM7 detail.
Lead procurement schedule.
Obtain and assess quotes.
Prepare estimates and provide pre-bid submissions/pre-qualification documents.
The experience required…
As a successful Construction Estimator, you will have the following:
5+ years' experience in an Estimating role.
Proven track record of delivering, work-winning competitive tenders.
Full UK driving licence.
Able to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365 and Causeway.
Familiar SMM7, NRM3 and major forms of measurement methods.
