Carriera has partnered with an independent multi-disciplinary property & construction consultancy that operates on a national and international level. The business has been operating for over 30 years and offers a range of professional services to their clients across the built environment including project management, building surveying, cost management and H&S/ CDM. 

Their portfolio of projects is vast with schemes in the commercial, education, healthcare, residential, industrial, hotel, leisure, heritage, retail and utilities sector. 

They are recruiting for an ambitious H&S/ CDM professional for thier Bristol office who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a well respected organisation which is going through an exciting period of growth, you will have flexibility to manange your own diary, hybrid working and a clear pathway to your next step in seniority.

Duties:  

Undertake the role of CDM Advisor for our client offering advice relating to 2015 CDM Regulations.  

Preparation of all association documentation relating to CDM 2015 – construction phase plans, pre construction information, F10’s, H&S file etc.  

Ensure RAMS are in place for each project. 

Attend design and client team meetings advising on risk/ H&S legislation during.  

Develop new and existing client relationships. 

Requirements: 

NEBOSH Construction or equivalent. 

Membership to APS or IOSH.  

Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
